​My name is Gregory Pagel. I bring to your projects 12 years of in-depth experience as a Boutique Hospitality Designer. I am always focused on the user’s total experience within the built environment. My numerous clients have each provided unique design challenges, many of which have garnered international awards. My depth of experience has provided me with opportunities to lead talented teams -- domestic and international -- for successful hospitality, casino and retail projects.

Working as Senior Project Design Manager for Hirsch Bedner Hong Kong office, projects included:

Prior to living and working overseas, I worked with Dougall Design Associates, designing the MGM Grand Macau. This hotel was voted “Best Luxury Hotel in China.” Other projects include The Cosmopolitan and Planet Hollywood, both in Las Vegas.
 

Earlier in my career, I worked closely with the Design Director at Universal Studios Hollywood. I had the pleasure of conceptualizing and overseeing the transformation of various retail and food venues in the park.
 

Currently I live north of the Golden Gate where I enjoy working with wineries, food & beverage outlets and high-end residential projects. I enjoy being active in the Sonoma County community planning and assisting with installations of public art.
